中医药周期疗法治疗肾阳虚型排卵障碍性不孕的临床观察
Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Kidney-Yang Deficiency Type Ovulatory Dysfunction Infertility with Traditional Chinese Medicine Cyclical Therapy

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)cyclical therapy on the treatment of ovulation disorder infertility(ODI)caused by kidney-yang deficiency.Methods:A total of 102 patients with ODI who underwent drug ovulation induction in the Zhangjiagang Hospital affiliated to Soochow University from June 2020 to June 2023 were included in this study.According to whether they were combined with traditional Chinese medicine,they were divided into the treatment group(51 cases)and the control group(51 cases).The control group was treated with western medicine to promote ovulation,and the treatment group was treated with TCM cyclical therapy with Chinese medicine combined with Western medicine to promote ovulation.The efficacy,TCM symptoms,cycle ovulation rate,clinical pregnancy rate,follicle size,endometrial thickness,hormone level improvement,and safety evaluation were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the efficacy,clinical pregnancy rate and cycle ovulation rate of the treatment group were higher,and the dosage of urinary gonadotropin(HMG)was lower(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of primary and secondary symptoms in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).After treatment,the maximum diameter of follicle,endometrial thickness,estradiol(E2)and progesterone(P)in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:the efficacy and pregnancy of TCM cyclical therapy for ODI patients with kidney-yang deficiency can be improved by promoting ovulation,improving TCM symptoms and sex hormone levels,and is safe.关键词
