Intervention Effects of Modified Danggui Shaoyao Powder Combined with Targeted Traditional Chinese Medicine Penetration Therapy on Efficacy,Coagulation,and Immune Function in Pediatric Primary Nephrotic Syndrome Complicated by Pneumonia

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of modified Danggui Shaoyao powder combined with traditional Chinese medicine directional medication on coagulation and immune function in children with PNS complicated with pneumonia.Methods:Children diagnosed with nephrotic syndrome and pneumonia in pediatric ward were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group was treated with general treatment+PNS treatment+TCM targeted drug delivery,and the observation group was treated with modified Danggui Shaoyao powder on the basis of the control group.After 1 week of treatment,the TCM syndrome score,arterial oxygen saturation,lung ultrasound score of 12 zones,Antithrombin Ⅲ(AT-Ⅲ),D-Dimer(D-D),immune globulin G(IgG)were observed.neutrophil elastase(NE)was detected.Results:There was no significant difference in all indexes between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),showing comparability.There were significant differences in the above indexes before and after treatment in the observation group(P<0.05),and there were significant differences in the other indexes except AT-Ⅲ and D-D in the control group(P<0.05).There were significant differences in syndrome score,SpO2,lung 12-zone ultrasound score,AT-Ⅲ,D-D,IgG,and NE between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusions:Modified Danggui Shaoyao powder combined with targeted medicine of traditional Chinese medicine has a good therapeutic effect on children with PNS complicated with pneumonia,and can effectively improve coagulation and immune-related indexes in children.关键词
