龙砂医学祛风止痉汤联合吴氏祛风柔肝针法治疗小儿抽动障碍的临床疗效及安全性
Clinical Efficacy and Safety of Longsha Qufeng Zhijing Decoction Combined with Wu's Qufeng Rougan Acupuncture Therapy for Pediatric Tic Disorders

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of Longsha Qufeng Zhijing decoction combined with Wu's Qufeng Rougan Acupuncture Therapy in treating pediatric tic disorders.Methods:A total of 118 children with tic disorders admitted to Jiangyin Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine between March 2023 and June 2024 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 59 cases in each group.The control group received Tiapride combined with Qufeng Zhijing decoction,while the observation group received Wu's Qufeng Rougan Acupuncture Therapy in addition to the control group's treatment.Both groups were treated for 30 days.Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,Yale Global Tic Severity Scale(YGTSS)scores,serological indicators,clinical efficacy,immune function,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,TCM syndrome scores decreased in both groups(P<0.05),with the observation group being lower(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores for functional impairment,motor tics,and vocal tics decreased in both groups(P<0.05),with the observation group being lower(P<0.05).After treatment,serum levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),thymic stromal lymphopoietin(TSLP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),and human beta-defensin 2(HBD-2)decreased in both groups(P<0.05),with the observation group being lower(P<0.05);meanwhile,serum IL-2 levels increased in both groups(P<0.05),with the observation group being higher(P<0.05).The total effective rate was higher in the observation group compared to the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,CD8+and serum immunoglobulin E(IgE)were lower than before treatment in both groups(P<0.05),with the observation group being lower(P<0.05);after treatment,CD3+and CD4+levels were higher than before treatment in both groups(P<0.05),with the observation group being higher(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Qufeng Zhijing decoction combined with Wu's Qufeng Rougan Acupuncture Therapy is effective in treating pediatric tic disorders.It can improve clinical symptoms,reduce inflammatory response,improve immune function,regulate the expression of serum TSLP and HBD-2,and demonstrates reliable safety.关键词
