清肺健脾汤对老年重症肺炎合并胃肠功能障碍的疗效研究
Study on Efficacy of Qingfei Jianpi Decoction in Treating Elderly Patients with Severe Pneumonia Complicated by Gastrointestinal Dysfunction

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the curative efficacy of Qingfei Jianpi Decoction on elderly patients with severe pneumonia complicated with gastrointestinal dysfunction.Methods:A prospective study was conducted by selecting 80 elderly patients with severe pneumonia complicated with gastrointestinal dysfunction who were admitted to Meizhou People's Hospital from August 2023 to January 2025 as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with conventional western medicine combined with Qingfei Jianpi Decoction.Both groups were treated continuously for 7 days.The scores of gastrointestinal dysfunction,acute physiology and chronic health evaluation(APACHE Ⅱ),intra-abdominal pressure,bowel sounds,white blood cell count(WBC),C-reactive protein(CRP),procalcitonin(PCT),interleukin-6(IL-6)and clinical pulmonary infection score(CPIS)were compared between the two groups before treatment,3 days after treatment and 7 days after treatment.Results:Before treatment,3 days after treatment and 7 days after treatment,gastrointestinal dysfunction score,APACHEⅡ score,CPIS score,intra-abdominal pressure,WBC,CRP,PCT and IL-6 levels showed a gradual downward trend.The observation group was lower than the control group,and the number of bowel sounds showed a gradual upward trend.The observation group was higher than the control group.The main effect of the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qingfei Jianpi Decoction can effectively improve the condition of elderly patients with severe pneumonia complicated with gastrointestinal dysfunction,reduce inflammation and restore gastrointestinal function.关键词
