Abstract
Gastroptosis is a common digestive system disease in clinical practice,and its incidence is increasing year by year.Patients with gastroptosis often have different degrees of abdominal distension and fullness,and belching,anorexia,constipation,abdominal pain and other symptoms can be seen also.Abdominal distension can be aggravated after meals,prolonged standing,and exertion,and alleviated when lying down.In traditional Chinese medicine,this disease belongs to the categories of"gastric tardiness","gastrointestinal pain",and"stuffiness and fullness".Although gastric tardiness is not a serious disease,its prolonged duration and pronounced symptoms can significantly impact the quality of life of the patients.The treatment methods and their efficacy of Western medicine for this disease are limited.The main measures are used to achieve the purposes of inhibiting acid and protecting stomach,and promoting gastrointestinal dynamics,which can alleviate the symptoms,but can not be a fundamental solution.There is also a common surgical procedure,Bi-style gastric partial resection surgery,which has a high incidence of postoperative sequelae,and the acceptance of patients is low.Traditional Chinese medicine has a good therapeutic effect,with few adverse reactions and a low recurrence rate.Based on years of clinical experience,Director WANG Baoying has unique insights into the treatment of gastroptosis,and has summarized that the etiology of gastroptosis is not merely middle Qi(气)collapse,but also may be affected by Qi deficiency,phlegm-dampness,blood stasis and other pathological factors.The disease is related to the spleen and stomach,and is closely associated with the liver and kidneys.Therefore,in terms of the treatment of this disease,the focus should be on replenishing middle Qi,supplemented by strengthening spleen,soothing liver,and tonify kidneys,and appropriately adding medicines for removing dampness and phlegm,and activating blood circulation to remove blood stasis,etc.Based on the holistic concept,it is necessary to identify the deficiency and excess of syndromes,grasp the primary and secondary aspects,and apply the Banxia Houpo decoction(半夏厚朴汤)and the Buzhong Yiqi decoction(补中益气汤)based on the therapeutic principle of"combining elimination and tonification",fundamentally reducing recurrence and improving the patients'quality of life.This study introduces Director WANG Baoying's experience in treating gastroptosis in combination with one medical case,providing new ideas for the clinical treatment of gastroptosis.关键词
