Effect of Baihe Gujin Decoction Combined with Camrelizumab on Immune Function and Quality of Life in Patients with Advanced Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer with Yin Deficiency of the Lung-Kidney Syndrome

Abstract
Objective:Evaluation of the Effect of Baihe Gujin Decoction Combined with Camrelizumab on Immune Function and Quality of Life in Patients with Advanced Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer of Lung-Kidney Yin Deficiency Syndrome.Methods:The study involved 98 patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)who received treatment at the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangnan University between January 2021 and June 2024.These patients were randomly assigned to two groups,with 49 individuals in each group.Control group,which received a TP chemotherapy regimen(cisplatin and docetaxel)plus Durvalumab,while the observation group was given Baihe Gujin Decoction in addition to the control group's regimen.Both groups underwent four treatment cycles.Clinical efficacy,immune function,tumor marker levels,lung function,and quality of life were compared before and after treatment,and noted any adverse reactions.Results:The overall effective rate of treatment was higher in the observation group than in the control group.After treatment,the observation group showed improved immune function,lung function,and quality of life compared to the control group.Moreover,tumor marker levels and the overall incidence of adverse reactions were lower in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Baihe Gujin Decoction combined with Camrelizumab can enhance immune and lung function in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer,thereby improving their quality of life.关键词
