Abstract

As an important axis for the high-quality development of higher vocational education,the professional accreditation system has the intrinsic values of empowering the improvement of professional quality,improvement of education quality,and shaping the new ecology of higher vocational education.It has the extrinsic values of guaranteeing the uniqueness of vocational education,promoting the development of the economy and society,and providing symmetrical information.Through the traceability and policy combing of professional accreditation systems at home and abroad,it is found that the professional accreditation of higher vocational education in China is still in the stage of transplanting and borrowing from foreign experiences,and the system construction is in the early stage of theoretical exploration and practice;there are practical difficulties such as lack of theories,lack of knowledge,lack of management and lack of standards.In light of the aforementioned issues,an attempt is made to introduce systems science and its optimization principles,and integrate them with the unique characteristics of professional accreditation system in vocational education.Optimization efforts are directed towards ensuring the scientificity and rationality of the micro-level elements within the professional accreditation system,arranging and implementing them reasonably at the meso-structural level,and adhering to a governance logic that considers the macro-overall perspective.These endeavors aim to achieve the goal of constructing a professional accreditation system for higher vocational education with distinct Chinese characteristics.
