脊痛消Ⅱ号治疗气滞血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症的回顾性分析
Retrospective Analysis of Jitongxiao No.Ⅱ in Treating Lumbar Disc Herniation with Qi Stagnation and Blood Stasis Pattern

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Jitongxiao No.Ⅱ in treating lumbar disc herniation(LDH)with Qi stagnation and blood stasis pattern.Methods:Patients diagnosed with LDH(Qi stagnation and blood stasis pattern)treated at the Day Ward and Outpatient Clinic of the First Department of Orthopedics,Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine between May 2023 and May 2024 were screened via the hospital's electronic medical record system.A total of 118 eligible cases were included and randomly divided into a treatment group(65 cases)and a control group(53 cases)using a random number table method.The treatment group received oral Jitongxiao No.Ⅱ combined with electroacupuncture,while the control group received electroacupuncture alone.Both groups underwent a 14-day treatment period.Visual Analog Scale(VAS)scores,Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)assessment scores,and Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)symptom scores were compared before and after treatment.Clinical efficacy was evaluated according to the Criteria for Diagnosis and Therapeutic Efficacy of TCM Diseases and Syndromes.Results:Post-treatment,both groups exhibited significant reductions in VAS and TCM symptom scores and improvements in JOA scores(P<0.05).However,the treatment group demonstrated significantly greater reductions in VAS and TCM symptom scores and higher JOA score improvements compared to the control group(P<0.05).The total clinical efficacy rate was 93.85%(61/65)in the treatment group,surpassing the control group's81.13%(43/53).Conclusion:Both interventions significantly alleviated pain and enhanced lumbar and lower limb function in LDH patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis pattern,while the combination of oral Jitongxiao No.Ⅱand electroacupuncture yielded superior therapeutic outcomes.关键词
