新时代我国混合所有制产业学院建设路径
On the Construction Paths of Mixed Ownership Industrial Colleges in China in the New Era

Abstract
Mixed ownership industrial colleges are a special educational model formed on the basis of deep integration between vocational education and industrial development.Through the integration and sharing of high-quality educational resources,they break through their own limitations and promote the deep integration of the industrial chain,education chain,innovation chain,and talent chain.In the process of promoting the construction of industrial colleges in China,there are problems such as unclear development goals,immature governance models,and unclear property rights definitions,which are hindering the in-depth implementation of the construction of vocational education industrial colleges in China.To effectively address the numerous challenges encountered in the construction process of industrial colleges,it is essential to strengthen top-level design for construction and formulate long-term development plans;improve the property rights protection system and refine the diversified governance framework;align with regional industrial development to forge distinctive vocational education functions;optimize the performance evaluation system and innovate talent cultivation models;and establish a scientific operational mechanism to stimulate the vitality of college operation.关键词
