摘要

Abstract

As a crucial initiative to promote the construction of vocational education system,Shanghai's pilot program of"vertical integration between higher vocational and undergraduate education"aims to respond to the urgent demand for compound talents driven by industrial transformation and upgrading,and to alleviate educational anxieties during the transition period.Guided by industrial needs and the laws of talent cultivation,the pilot has established mechanisms for specialty selection,specialty quality enhancement,dynamic optimization,formulation of enrollment criteria,and developmental evaluation feedback,forming a relatively complete implementation system.The pilot has effectively improved the quality of talent cultivation and promoted the integration of vocational and general education.However,it still faces challenges in terms of specialty layout,selection mechanisms,and cultivation support.To further optimize the"vertical integration between higher vocational and undergraduate education"model,it is necessary to improve the mechanisms for specialty selection and multi-party collaborative education,strengthen the integrated design of curriculum systems and resources integration,refine the transition criteria and process-oriented assessment systems,and establish a quality tracking and continuous improvement support system.
