摘要

Abstract

Constructing a comprehensive practical training system integrating secondary and higher vocational education is an inevitable requirement for the deepening reform of modern vocational education system.It holds significant value in promoting the professionalization of students'vocational abilities and the self-awareness of their career development.Taking the preschool education major as an example,current practices face challenges such as the phased lack of clear training objectives,a lack of systematic and cohesive content,a single mode of integration,and an imperfect evaluation system.To overcome these dilemmas,it is essential to adhere to three key concepts:basing on specialty standards,achieving phased integration,and promoting the integration of theory and practice.This involves reconstructing a comprehensive practical training system that facilitates integration between secondary and higher vocational education,encompassing an objective system,content modules,conditional guarantees,evaluation mechanisms,and quality monitoring.Furthermore,specific practical paths for implementing this system are proposed,including structurally reconstructing the curriculum system,systematically constructing practical training bases,institutionalizing innovative management systems,and diversifying and improving the evaluation system.
