高职院校思政课程与课程思政协同育人的现实困境与突破路径
Practical Dilemmas and Breakthrough Paths for the Collaborative Education of Curriculum Ideological and Political Education and Ideological and Political Education Course in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract
The collaborative education of curriculum ideological and political education and ideological and political education course represents a crucial measure for higher vocational colleges to enhance the quality of talent cultivation and fulfill the fundamental task of fostering virtue and nurturing individuals.However,as the joint efforts in ideological and political education within higher vocational colleges continue to deepen,the current practice of collaborative education faces three main dilemmas:insufficient consensus among multiple stakeholders,loose coupling of systemic elements,and an inadequate support system.The theory of synergetics offers an appropriate theoretical perspective for constructing a collaborative education framework between curriculum ideological and political education and ideological and political education course.Based on this,a"five-dimensional collaborative"breakthrough paths are proposed:strengthening the main force of education through the collaboration of teaching staff;consolidating the main front of education by relying on collaborative course construction;constructing a"ideological and political education+whole-classroom"system through classroom channel collaboration;promoting effective integration of educational resources both inside and outside the campus;and enhancing support collaboration levels by improving the support system.关键词
