开心散抗抑郁的药效物质与作用机制研究进展
Research Progress on Pharmacodynamic Substances and Mechanism of Kaixin Powder in Antidepressant Therapy
摘要
Abstract
Depression is considered a complex mental and psychological disorder.Current treatments primarily rely on Western medications,which are associated with adverse effects,individual variability,and limited efficacy in treatment-resistant depression.In Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM),depression falls under the categories of"depression syndrome"and"hysteria syndrome,with treatment principles focusing on soothing the liver,relieving depression,and calming the mind.Kaixin powder,a classical Chinese herbal formula,has been proven to have antidepressant efficacy in both basic and clinical studies,along with its potential pharmacodynamic substances and mechanisms.This article reviews the research progress in this field.A total of 18 major components of Kaixin powder have been summarized in this study,including ginsenoside Rb1,ginsenoside Re,ginsenoside Rg1,tenuifolin,3,6'-disinapoyl sucrose,polygalaxanthone Ⅲ,pachymic acid,α-asarone,and β-asarone.These nine components are regarded as quality markers for Kaixin powder's antidepressant effects in Chinese herbal medicine.The antidepressant mechanisms of Kaixin powder involve multiple aspects,such as modulating monoamine neurotransmitter levels,regulating the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal(HPA)axis,increasing brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)levels,reducing inflammatory responses,and inhibiting apoptosis.However,current research still has limitations,including the need to further elucidate the characteristics and key mechanisms of Kaixin powder's antidepressant effects,which require more in-depth clinical and fundamental studies for validation and refinement.关键词
