职业本科学校教师发展的现实困境与破解路径
Practical Dilemmas and Solutions for Teacher Development in Vocational Undergraduate Schools

Abstract
Faculty development is not only an inevitable requirement for the advancement of higher education in the new era but also a crucial pathway to promote quality enhancement and efficiency improvement in vocational undergraduate schools,as well as to refine the modern vocational education system.Currently,teacher development in vocational undergraduate schools faces dual constraints:at the individual level,there are practical issues such as weak transformation awareness,inadequate teaching capabilities,a lack of research skills,and insufficient practical expertise.Simultaneously,it encounters inherent deficiencies,including an imperfect policy framework and ambiguous theoretical definitions,as well as acquired obstacles such as insufficient development time,limited space,and a weak support system.To address these challenges,a multi-faceted collaborative approach should be adopted to construct a teacher development system for vocational undergraduate schools:the government should refine policy measures and provide guidance services;enterprises should establish a practical training system that integrates industry and education;schools should construct a systematic ecological framework for teacher development;and individuals should stimulate their endogenous motivation for professional growth.关键词
