基于《兰室秘藏》探析李东垣从脾论治痔疾的用药特点
Exploring the medication characteristic of LI Dongyuan in treating hemorrhoids disease from the perspective of spleen based on the relevant theory in Lanshi Micang

Abstract
Hemorrhoids are common anorectal diseases.With the development of society,residents'living standards have improved,their lifestyles have changed,and the prevalence rate and composition ratio of hemorrhoids have been significantly changed,affecting patients'daily life and work.The conservative therapies of traditional Chinese medicine is increasingly becoming a hot topic in the treatment of hemorrhoids.In this study,based on LI Gao's theory of the spleen and stomach as the root of vital Qi(气),eight prescriptions for hemorrhoids in Lanshi Micang(《兰室秘藏》)are analyzed to reveal the pathogenesis view of hemorrhoids as"deficiency of origin and excess of manifestation":Spleen dysfunction is the root cause of the disease,and the intermingling of damp-heat and dry-wind is the variation of manifestation.LI Gao adjusted the dosage of Chinese medicinals according to the severity of symptoms in the premonitory stage,onset stage,and remission stage.Qinjiao(Radix Gentianae Macrophyllae)was mostly used as the meridian-guiding medicine,which was combined with wind medicine to raise clear Yang(阳),tonic medicine to strengthen spleen,nourishing Yin(阴)medicine to moisten intestine and relieve constipation,and blood dispensing medicine to cut offthe progression of the disease.The medicinal property,medicinal flavor,tropism meridian,processing,and decoction method of Chinese medicinals were also emphasized by LI Gao,so as to achieve the effects of clearing heat and dispelling dampness,and raising Yang and dissipating fire.LI Gao reversely inferred the gasification state of middle energizer according to perianal local signs,and incorporated anorectal diseases into the theoretical system of spleen and stomach internal injury,which provided a new perspective and idea for the treatment of hemorrhoids in traditional Chinese medicine.关键词
