Abstract
Objective:Based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(V2.5)to explore the medication rules of Professor PIAO Bingkui in the treatment of lung cancer,and to analyze and summarize Professor PIAO's clinical experience in the treatment of lung cancer,in order to provide an objective basis for guiding clinical medication.Methods:The complete paper-based medical record photos of lung cancer patients diagnosed and treated by Professor PIAO Bingkui were collected,sorted into electronic documents and entered into the traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(v2.5),and the lung cancer medical record prescription database was established to analyze the potential rules of clinical medication.Results:A total of 319 medical records and prescriptions were collected,involving 136 kinds of drugs,and the total frequency of medication was 6 485 times.The statistical results showed that Professor PIAO's drugs for lung cancer were mainly warm,mild,and cold,and the five flavors were mainly sweet,bitter,and pungent,which mainly belonged to the spleen meridian,lung meridian and stomach meridian.There were 11 commonly used core drugs,such as Huangqi(Radix Astragali seu Hedysari),Taizishen(Radix Pseudostellariae),Gancao(Radix Glycyrrhizae),etc.Seven core drug combinations and seven new prescriptions were obtained through cluster analysis.Conclusions:Professor PIAO Bingkui believes that"deficiency of vital Qi(气)"is the basis of malignant tumor.In the treatment of lung cancer,based on the overall concept of traditional Chinese medicine,the Professor emphasizes the principle of"strengthening vital Qi and consolidating the foundation".According to the growth and decline of pathological products such as phlegm,blood stasis,and toxin,combined with treatment methods such as detoxification and anti-cancer,the Professor applies both attack and supplement,and treates both symptoms and causes.In terms of medication,the Professor uses drugs that are peaceful,mainly tonifying deficiency drugs,pays attention to the care of the middle energizer of the spleen and stomach,and follows the principles of combining strengthening vital Qi with eliminating pathogenic factors,combining the whole with the part,and combining disease differentiation with syndrome differentiation.关键词
