Identification of Core Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Health Education Content for Patients with Psoriasis by Using the Delphi Method

Abstract
Objective In order to construct the core content of health education of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for psoriasis.Methods By summarizing the literature and the opinions of expert groups discussions and referring to the existing health education system for patients with skin diseases,Delphi method was used to conduct two rounds of consultation with 24 experts in the field of clinical,nursing and methodology of dermatology and venology from 13 provinces and cities,and the core content system of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine health education for patients with psoriasis was finally established.Results After two rounds of expert consultation,the core contents of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine health education for patients with psoriasis were finally confirmed,which consisted of 4 primary items and 26 secondary items,and the primary items included"general disease knowledge","western medicine treatment guidance","traditional Chinese medicine treatment guidance"and"prognosis and nursing care".Conclusion Delphi method is used to gather experts'opinions and obtain reliable results with high scientificity and consistency,which can provide references for health education of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for patients with psoriasis.关键词
