摘要

Abstract

As a product of the deep integration of the digital economy and the rural revitalization strategy,rural e-commerce can effectively allocate resources,such as the market,technology,organization and human resources,and reconstruct the traditional agricultural production relations.Rural e-commerce has also formed a significant long-tail effect on increasing farmers'income.E-commerce platforms,breaking through geographical restrictions,can precisely match rural supply with market demand.With the help of digital tools,they can further reduce the cost of agricultural product transactions abroad.The modern distribution relationships and human resource management methods brought about by the development of e-commerce can also provide sustained momentum for rural development.In order to further leverage the role of rural e-commerce in increasing farmers'income,local governments should strengthen the construction of cold chain logistics,improve 5G mobile networks,provide farmers with relevant training on e-commerce development,form a policy innovation coordination system,and promote farmers'income increase and agricultural modernization development,thereby forming a virtuous cycle.
