慢性炎症与子宫内膜癌伴随胰岛素抵抗的中西医研究进展
Research progress of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine on chronic inflammation and endometrial cancer with insulin resistance
摘要
Abstract
Endometrial cancer(EC)is a common malignant tumor in women,and its occurrence and development are related to obesity,inflammation,insulin resistance(IR),etc.Due to the change of modern living habits,the incidence of EC has been on a yearly rising trend all over the world,which has attracted extensive attention from many medical practitioners.IR as a common pathological basis for obesity,type 2 diabetes,and polycystic ovary syndrome,and may participate in the pathogenesis of EC through the metabolic-inflammatory axis.With advances in molecular biology research,chronic inflammation promotes the development of EC through mechanisms involving tumor proliferation,angiogenesis,and metastatic microenvironment modulation,which have been progressively elucidated.And chronic inflammation and IR are two important factors in the occurrence and development of EC,but so far,the specific mechanism of action between inflammation and EC-IR has not been thoroughly explained,so this paper focuses on the relationship between EC-IR and chronic inflammation and its signaling pathway.Therefore,the focus of this article is to explore the relationship between endometrial cancer,insulin resistance,chronic inflammation,and their signaling pathways.Simultaneously,it discusses the connection between chronic inflammation,insulin resistance,and endometrial cancer from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine etiology and pathogenesis,summarizing the pathogenesis as deficiency of the spleen and kidney as the root cause,and the accumulation of dampness,heat,fire,and toxicity as the superficial manifestation,representing a syndrome of deficiency in the root and excess in the superficial manifestation.For the treatment of patients with middle-and-advanced-stage endometrial cancer,the primary therapeutic approach should focus on tonifying the spleen and kidney,while concurrently incorporating methods to clear heat and resolve dampness,as well as eliminate toxins and disperse blood stasis.关键词
