基于数据挖掘与网络药理学的乳腺癌内分泌治疗后类更年期综合征中医辨证用药规律及作用机制研究
A study on the rules and mechanism of TCM syndrome differentiation and medication in treating menopausal-like syndrome after endocrine therapy of breast cancer based on data mining and network pharmacology

Abstract
Objective:Based on data mining and network pharmacology,to analyze the medication rules and mechanisms of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the treatment of menopausal-like syndrome after endocrine therapy for breast cancer.Methods:This study systematically screened the relevant clinical research literature of patients with menopausal like syndrome after endocrine therapy of breast cancer treated with TCM from January 2000 to February 2024 in databases such as CNKI,Wanfang Data,CQVIP.With the help of statistical analysis,association rule analysis and other functions of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance support system V2.5 software,the medication rules and core drug combinations of TCM in treating this disease were summarized.The key effective components,potential targets and signaling pathways of core drug combinations were further explored and verified through network pharmacology.Results:A total of 190 valid prescriptions was screened out,involving 193 Chinese medicines.The top 20 most frequently used Chinese medicines were mainly tonic.When the support level was≥30%and the confidence level was≥0.6,19 important Chinese medicine combinations were screened out.When the support degree is≥70%and the confidence level is≥0.6 the drug combination"Baishao(Radix Paeoniae Alba)-Chaihu(Radix Bupleuri)-Gancao(Radix Glycyrrhizae)"was determined to be the core drug combination of TCM.It contained a total of 108 active ingredients and 182 common targets,involving AKT1,TP53,IL-6,TNF,ESR1 and other core targets.The core TCM ingredients included quercetin,7-methoxy-2-methyl isoflavone,kaempferol,naringenin,isorhamnetin,etc.Biological pathways mainly acted on pathways in cancer,lipids and atherosclerosis,chemical carcinogenesis-receptor activation,and so on.Conclusion:This study preliminarily reveals the core TCM,core components,core targets and mechanisms of action of TCM in the treatment of menopausal syndrome and provides new ideas for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of this disease.关键词
