固本生血汤联合化疗对晚期非小细胞肺癌(肺脾气虚型)患者的临床观察
Clinical observation on treating advanced non-small cell lung cancer(lung-spleen Qi deficiency type)with the Guben Shengxue decoction plus chemotherapy

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the Guben Shengxue(固本生血汤)decoction plus chemotherapy on advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)of the lung-spleen Qi(气)deficiency type.Methods:A total of 80 patients with advanced NSCLC of the lung-spleen Qi deficiency type admitted to Taihe Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Anhui University of Chinese Medicine from October 2023 to October 2024 were selected and randomly divided into the control group(received chemotherapy with paclitaxel plus cisplatin)and the observation group(took chemotherapy with paclitaxel plus cisplatin,and the Guben Shengxue decoction)by the random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.A cycle of 21 days was formed,and the treatment was continued for 4 cycles.After the treatment,the clinical efficacy of solid tumors,immune function indicators(CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+values)of patients,TCM syndrome scores,tumor marker levels,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the clinical efficacy in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the values of CD3+,CD4+,and CD4+/CD8+of patients in the observation group were increased,while the value of CD8+was decreased,and the amelioration in the observation group was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of cough,expectoration,fatigue,and shortness of breath in the observation group were decreased,and the decline was more obvious compared with the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of carcinoembryonic antigen and cytokeratin 19 fragment antigen 21-1 in the observation group were decreased more significantly compared with those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Guben Shengxue decoction plus chemotherapy can ameliorate the clinical symptoms of patients with advanced NSCLC,regulate immune function of patients,improve anti-tumor efficacy,and prolong survival.关键词
