珍稀濒危药用植物丹霞铁皮石斛野外回归研究
Study on the Re-introduction of Rare and Endangered Dendrobium officinale in Danxia Landform
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To carry out the re-introduction experiment of Dendrobium officinale in Danxia landform,and to explore the suitable regression mode and habitat conditions for the reconstruction of the field population.Methods:Through the textual research of this herb and according to the investigation of the original habitat of wild Dendrobium officinale resources in Danxia landform of Sha-oguan,the re-introduction study of Dendrobium officinale was carried out in Renhua county,Shaoguan city,where the wild Dendrobium officinale resources were distributed.The adaptability,growth and seedling production of offspring of Dendrobium officinale were moni-tored after the re-introduction.Results:The wild Dendrobium growing in Danxia landform of Shaoguan was found;Different re-introduc-tion pattern affected the survival rate of Dendrobium officinale;The survival rate of seedlings domesticated in the greenhouse for 10 months and then returned to the wild was higher than that of seedlings directly returned to the field;Dendrobium officinale after re-intro-duction could produce viable seeds and offspring seedlings,and a stable population had been formed after 5 years of natural growth.Con-clusion:This study starts with the tissue culture of seeds in the capsule of Dendrobium officinale in Shaoguan,completes the life cycle from seed to seed,re-establishes a stable population,and realizes the field return and germplasm resource protection of Dendrobium officinale.关键词
