Abstract
Real estate surveying and mapping data often involve multiple layers and dimensions,and face issues such as inconsistent data formats and non-unified data standards.This paper proposed an intelligent integration method for real estate surveying and mapping data that considered weight similarity.The method combined principal component analysis(PCA)and the criteria importance through intercriteria correlation(CRITIC)method to form a subjective-objective combination weighting method.This method determined the feature item weights of real estate surveying and mapping data.These feature item weights were then incorporated into cosine values and Euclidean distances to calculate the similarity and distance between real estate surveying and mapping data samples from different sources or types.Based on this,a weight similarity matrix was constructed.Using the weight similarity matrix,a string matching(SM)algorithm was applied for rough data integration.The final intelligent data integration was performed based on the weight similarity of data feature items,opti-mized by manual interpretation.The experimental results show that this method can accurately calculate the comprehensive weight of data feature items,complete data integration,improve the readability and usability of the data,and provide more accurate and comprehensive data support for real estate management and decision-making.关键词
