摘要

Abstract

Objective To investigate the distribution characteristics of cardiovascular-kidney-metabolic(CKM)syndrome.Methods Patients with CKM syndrome who visited Guang'anmen Hospital between January 2024 and December 2024 and met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were enrolled.Data were collected,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome types were recorded,and statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 27.0.Results Among the 178 patients,30 were classified as stage 1,42 as stage 2,54 as stage 3,and 52 as stage 4 of CKM syndrome.Significant differences were observed in triglycerides,fasting plasma glucose,blood uric acid,serum creatinine,estimated glomerular filtration rate,blood urea nitrogen,albumin,and neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio among patients with phlegm-dampness-turbidity-stasis syndromes(P<0.05).Conclusion Phlegm-turbidity,water-dampness,damp-heat,blood stasis,and dampness-turbidity syndromes are important TCM phenotypes of CKM syndrome.These syndromes show certain transformation patterns across different stages of CKM syndrome,and commonly used clinical laboratory indicators are associated with CKM syndrome.
