乌鸡白凤丸治疗慢性肾脏病合并高尿酸血症患者的临床观察
Clinical efficacy of Wuji Baifeng Pills in the treatment of patients with hyperuricemia complicated by chronic kidney disease

Abstract
Objective To observe the effects of Wuji Baifeng Pills on serum uric acid(SUA)levels and estimated glomerular filtration rate(eGFR)in patients with chronic kidney disease(CKD)stages 2～4 complicated by hyperuricemia(HUA).Methods A total of 140 patients with CKD stages 2～4 complicated by HUA treated.Patients were randomly assigned using computer-generated randomization.During the study,13 patients dropped out and 8 were excluded,leaving 59 patients in the treatment group and 60 in the control group.The control group received general lifestyle interventions and standard basic treatment,while the treatment group additionally received Wuji Baifeng Pills orally(1 pill per time,twice daily).Both groups were treated continuously for 12 weeks.SUA,serum creatinine(SCr),eGFR,and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores were measured before and after treatment.Results During the study,13 cases dropped out and 8 were excluded.Ultimately,59 cases remained in the treatment group and 60 in the control group.After 12 weeks of treatment,the SUA level in the Wuji Baifeng Pills group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the within-group comparison before and after treatment also showed a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).SCr and eGFR in the treatment group showed significant improvement compared to before treatment(P<0.05).TCM syndrome scores and main symptom scores improved in both groups(P<0.05).No patients required dialysis during the study.Three cases in the treatment group had mildly elevated transaminase levels.Conclusion Wuji Baifeng Pills can effectively reduce SUA levels,improve related clinical symptoms and renal function indicators in patients with CKD stages 2～4 complicated by HUA(patterned as spleen-kidney deficiency with blood deficiency and blood stasis),with a good safety profile.关键词
