振针助力针法联合加巴喷丁治疗气滞血瘀型带状疱疹后神经痛的疗效观察
Clinical efficacy of vibrating-needle-assisted acupuncture combined with gabapentin in treatment of postherpetic neuralgia with qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome

Abstract
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of the vibrating-needle-assisted acupuncture combined with gabapentin on patients with postherpetic neuralgia(PHN)of qi stagnation and blood stasis type,and its impact on serum inflammatory factors and 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)levels.Methods A total of 82 PHN patients were randomly assigned into a control group and an observation group using a random number table.The control group was treated with conventional acupuncture,while the observation group was treated with the vibrating-needle-assisted acupuncture once daily.Clinical efficacy,pain assessed by the visual analogue scale(VAS),Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,serum levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP),and 5-HT were compared before and after treatment.Results The total clinical effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,VAS,HAMA,PSQI,TCM syndrome scores,IL-6,CGRP,and 5-HT levels decreased in both groups compared with baseline(P<0.05),and values in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The vibrating-needle-assisted acupuncture combined with gabapentin is significantly effective for PHN of the qi stagnation and blood stasis type.It can alleviate pain and anxiety,improve sleep,reduce inflammatory responses,and lower 5-HT levels,showing superior efficacy compared with conventional acupuncture combined with gabapentin.关键词
