摘要

Abstract

In order to provide theoretical basis for the feasibility of new meltblown nonwovens development,in this paper,the moisture content,thermal properties,melt index,rheological properties and sound absorption properties of silane modified high ortho phenolic resin(SiPR)raw material with flame retardant property were studied.The results showed that the moisture content of raw SiPR without drying treatment was 0.32%,the glass transition temperature was 55.5℃,the melting point was 87.2℃,the thermal decomposition temperature was 173.8℃,and the melt index was 100 g/10 min at 140℃,and the fluidity and rheological properties were good at this temperature.On this basis,a series of silicon modified high ortho phenolic meltblown nonwovens(SiPR-MBNMs)were prepared by modifying the parameters.The effects of process parameters on the surface density and thickness,fiber morphology,pore size and porosity were analyzed and the sound absorption properties of the material were characterized.The results indicated that with the increase of hot air temperature,the thickness of the sample showed a trend of decreasing first and then increasing,the fiber diameter continued to become smal-ler,the average pore size of the fiber web narrowed down and the porosity decreased as a whole.When the draft-ing wind pressure increased,the thickness of the sample became thinner,the fiber diameter became significantly finer and the pore size also gradually shrank,and the nonwovens with lower porosity were finally formed.With the increase of die-to-collector distance,the fiber web structure was relatively bulky,and the sample thickness,fiber diameter,average pore size and porosity gradually increased.When the frequency was higher than 2800 Hz,the absorption coefficient of SiPR-MBNMs was higher than 0.6,showing excellent high frequency sound absorp-tion properties.The material is suitable for high frequency sound absorption and noise reduction places.
