Abstract
In this paper,curcumin pigment was extracted to dye polyester,cotton and polyester/cotton blended fabrics.The influence of dyeing pH value,dyeing temperature,pigment concentration and the type and amount of mordant on the dyeing effects of polyester and cotton fabrics such as one-bath and same-mordant deying hue H,color depth K/S and brightness b values.The one-step dyeing process of polyester/cotton blended fabrics with cur-cumin pigment was optimized through orthogonal experiments and various color fastness tests of the dyed fabrics were conducted.The results indicated that curcumin pigment had good homochromatic effect on polyester and cot-ton fabrics in one-bath dyeing.The best one-bath one-step dyeing process for optimized curcumin pigment on pol-yester/cotton blended fabrics was as follows:dyeing pH=6,dyeing temperature 120℃,dyeing time 90 minutes,a-luminium potassium sulfate dosage of aluminum mordant dyeing 4g/L.The color fastness of polyester/cotton blen-ded fabrics reached levels 3～4.关键词
