可降解醋酸纤维素/聚乳酸复合纤维过滤膜的制备及其水过滤性能研究
Preparation of Degradable Cellulose Acetate/Polylactic Acid Composite Fiber Membranes and Study on Their Performance in Water Filtration

Abstract
To address the limitations of conventional fiber membranes in water filtration applications such as non-biodegradability,narrow pore size distribution and the trade-off between separation efficiency and perme-ation flux,in this study,a hierarchically porous composite fiber membrane with a bimodal pore size distribution was prepared by using cellulose acetate(CA)and polylactic acid(PLA)as raw materials,employing solution electrospinning and melt electrospinning to produce cellulose nanofibers and PLA microfibers,respectively,fol-lowed by a dispersion-vacuum filtration-hot pressing process.The results demonstrated that the composite mem-brane exhibited a maximum tensile strain of 52%and a fracture stress of 17 MPa,showing excellent buckling fa-tigue resistance.Under low driving pressure,the pure water flux of the composite membrane exceeded 1200 L/(m2·h)while the rejection rate for micron-sized particles surpassed 98%.After five filtration cycles,the filtra-tion efficiency further increased to 99.2%.These findings indicated that the composite fiber membrane had sig-nificant application prospect in water filtration field.关键词
