Structure Design and Application Research of Flexible Wearable Pressure Sensor
摘要
Abstract
Flexible wearable pressure sensors have shown great potential for applications in health monitoring and human-computer interaction due to their excellent flexibility and comfort.In this article,the types and work-ing principles of flexible pressure sensors were reviewed,and the key performance parameters such as sensitivity,resolution and cyclic stability were analyzed.Through technologies such as surface microstructure design,con-struction of porous structures,multi-layer composite systems and biomimetic structures,the comprehensive per-formance of the sensors significantly improved.The application prospects of the sensors in human motion monito-ring,health status monitoring and human-computer interaction were put forward.关键词
