Abstract
The Principle of Prioritizing the Best Interests of Preschool Children,established by China's Preschool Education Law,serves as the foundational stance and operational guideline for early childhood educators.Exploring the value orientation of educators'role implementation under this principle provides a conceptual framework for addressing real-world issues in kindergarten education.Faced with challenges such as emerging paradigms in teacher development,the weakening of humanistic values by technological rationality,and children's diverse developmental needs,preschool teachers should clarify their professional values.In educational practice,they must adhere to a child-centered approach,safeguard children's curricular rights,prioritize play-based learning,support diverse modes of children's activities,balance equal development with individual freedom,and guide children's holistic multifaceted development.关键词
