Abstract
In the context of promoting the construction and development of smart cities,to meet the needs for the intensive utilization of building resources,the research on high-precision roof information extraction method based on urban reality 3D model is of great significance.Aiming at the difficulty in improving the accuracy of automatic measurement of roof area,the buildings around the Yellow Crane Tower in Wuhan City are taken as research sam-ples.Based on the 3D modeling results obtained from oblique photogrammetry,and by incorporating enhanced slid-ing window plane fitting,point cloud filtering,image processing and other technologies,and on the basis of reduc-ing the interference effects of vegetation occlusion,ground objects and roof storage,the available area of the roof is calculated by distinguishing the flat slope type of the building roof and detecting the roof contour.After being man-ually measured and compared with algorithms,it is verified that most of the detected roof contours matched well with the actual houses.The F1 score for contour extraction is 55.15%,the accuracy rate for identifying flat slope types is 94.79%,and the average area measurement error is 5.38%.The comprehensive performance is better than the comparison method.The algorithm can effectively control the relative error of roof area calculation and provide a new methodological reference for the automatic extraction of building information in complex urban environment.关键词
