Review on Measurement of Aircraft Icing Shapes
摘要
Abstract
Icing on aircraft surfaces significantly disrupts aerodynamic profiles,leading to reduced lift,increased drag,and deteriorated handling performance.Ice shape measurement is fundamental for studying icing effects and critical for designing anti-icing/de-icing systems and evaluating flight safety.Two-dimensional(2D)and three-dimensional(3D)ice shape measurement methods are systematically reviewed,and their principles,pro-cedures,advantages,and limitations are analzed.2D methods,such as the thermal knife method,cross-sectional photography,and laser knife cutting,are relatively simple,but can only capture sectional data.In contrast,3D methods,including casting,photogrammetry,and laser line scanning,comprehensively characterize ice morphol-ogy but incur higher costs.In recent years,laser line scanning has emerged as a research hotspot due to its high precision and digital characteristics.However,challenges remain in real-time monitoring of dynamic ice growth and high-precision measurements under flight conditions.The emerging directions,such as integrating artificial intelligence with ice detection and water film flow measurement are further explored,and the prospect of cut-ting-edge technologies for future flight tests are conducted,which can provide a systematic reference for ice shape measurement research.关键词
