摘要

Abstract

To address the issues of high subjectivity and low fault detection rate in traditional experience-based testability design methods,a testability design method incorporating built-in test(BIT)and testability modeling is proposed.By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the current model-based testability design meth-od,the testability modeling technology based on multi-signal flow graph model is selected to design the test-ability scheme.Input data required for modeling is identified and collected,and process-oriented testability modeling,model integration and verification are carried out.Based on the equipment failure mode and effect a-nalysis(FMEA),with the help of BIT technology and computer-aided methods,the compliance of testability quantitative requirements is verified,and the forward design from testability requirements capture,allocation,design to verification is realized.Finally,taking the start-up power generation system as an example,the appli-cation results of BIT and testability modeling in its scheme design are given:5 new BITs are added,the fault detection rate based on the model is 96%,which meets the quantitative index of 90%,and further improves the fault detection rate of the system.
