Interaction Reliability Design of Torque Measurement Information of Rotating Shaft System Based on WiFi Transmission

Abstract
In order to address the limitations of wired transmission in rotating shaft systems and the issues of data loss,transmission errors,and recovery in wireless transmission,a reliable wireless information interactive scheme is designed.A batch acknowledgment mechanism,an adaptive retransmission algorithm based on ad-justment factors,and a congestion-aware variable additive increase and multiplicative decrease strategy are in-troduced,which can enhance transmission efficiency while ensuring reliability.NS-3 simulation software is used to test the simulation results of the proposed scheme in the process of information exchange,the packet loss rate is compared with UDP protocol,and the transmission rate is compared with TCP protocol.The results show that under different network bandwidths,the proposed scheme maintains a lower packet loss rate of 0.15%,and improves the transmission rate by 4%~9%,verifying the reliability and feasibility of the scheme.关键词
