Abstract
The construction of China's land market is a unique and complex process.Since 1987,China's urban development has undergone institutional reforms and innovations in the land system,leading to the establishment of a nationwide urban land market.Although the market was established relatively late,it has achieved remarkable results and brought about profound transformations through a challenging process.It has not only demonstrated theoretical innovative and practical,but has also held great significance in international strategic competition,ensuring the rapid rise of the Chinese economy in the world.
Its reform experience is highly valuable.Most notably,it transcended the conventional"property-rights definition to free circulation"paradigm by implementing a system of land expropriation and compensation,under which local governments coordinated efforts to build a unified national land market,historically brought an end to the"old rules for the old generation"and creatively advanced the establishment of a"new institutional system for the new generation",thereby effectively resolving relevant contradictions and conflicts.
Grounded in Marxist political economy and adhering to it while developing it,the reform has sharped a distinctive path for constructing a land market with Chinese characteristics,which can be deeply refined from the perspective of ideological and theoretical operation,and comprehensively interpreted through the interconnection of historical,theoretical,and practical logic.The deepening reform of rural land system in the new era can draw valuable insights from these experiences.关键词
