Study on the Optimization of the"U-G-S Cooperation"Path for Promoting the High-Quality Cultivation of Pre-Service Primary and Secondary School Teachers

Abstract
The high-quality cultivation of pre-service primary and secondary school teachers is a crucial task in teacher education and the primary guarantee for the high-quality development of basic education.The"U-G-S Cooperation"aims to cultivate high-quality pre-service primary and secondary school teachers.Adopting the research method of grounded theory,this study identifies three key factors influencing the quality of"U-G-S Cooperation":"external environment","internship quality"and"intern characteristics".Furthermore,it proposes the strategies of path optimization for the multi-party linkage among educational administrative departments,internship base schools,teacher cultivation universities,and pre-service primary and secondary school teachers.关键词
