Abstract

With the rapid development of maglev transportation in China,the energy saving technology of maglev train traction has gradually attracted wide attention.In order to solve the problem of high traction energy consumption during the operation of fast maglev train and reduce the operation energy consumption of maglev train,this paper studied the optimization strategy of energy-saving speed curve of fast maglev train based on pseudo-spectrum method.First,the energy saving optimal control model of maglev train under timing conditions was constructed by using the train elemental point dynamics model.Second,according to the characteristics of maglev lines and trains,the lines were divided into several sub-regions where the speed limit and slope resistance were constant,and the multi-stage optimal control model of maglev trains was formed.Then,Radau pseudo-spectrum method was used to transform the optimal control problem into a nonlinear programming problem with the states and control variables at the matching points as the parameters to be optimized,and then the numerical approximate solution of the original optimal control problem can be obtained by solving the transformed nonlinear programming problem.Then,according to the actual line data and train parameters,the algorithm was simulated numerically,and the pseudo-spectrum software package GPOPS in Matlab was used to compile the optimization algorithm of the energy-saving curve of the fast maglev train.The simulation results show that under the same line data and train parameters,compared with other methods,the train traction energy consumption calculated by pseudo-spectrum method is lower and the CPU operation time is less,thus verifying the effectiveness and superiority of pseudo-spectrum method in the energy-saving traction calculation of fast maglev train.The maximum traction/braking force curves calculated by pseudo-spectrum method are smooth,increasing the comfort of the train.Finally,the optimal numerical algorithm of pseudo-spectrum method was used on a magnetic levitation line.The optimization rate of energy consumption is 13.85%compared with the maximum energy consumption of the whole line,which verifies the superiority of the adopted algorithm.The research method and results can provide valuable reference value for traction energy saving of fast maglev train operation.
