填料环在运载型号导管全位置焊接中的应用研究
Research on the Packing Rings of Full-position Welding in Launch Vehicle Dynamic Pipe

Abstract
With the development of automatic welding technology for pipes,the full-position welding technology for thin-walled stainless steel conduits has gradually been developed and applied.Faced with the current situation of narrow equip-ment cavities that cannot achieve wire filling welding,this paper studied on the influence of packing rings in full-position welding of 1Cr18Ni9Ti thin-wall pipe,and compared with SMAW(shielded metal arc welding).By designing the packing ring,clamping and positioning in the sealed cavity,and setting the welding parameters for full-positions in different sections,the application of packing ring instead of welding wire in the all position welding of pipes is achieved.The results show that packing rings can effectively replace the welding wire to achieve full forming and good internal quality weld seam.The aver-age tensile strength of the weld seam reaches 617 MPa,higher than SMAW,and the fracture location is on the base mental.The fracture surface shows dense cellular structures with deep dimples.The weld seam burst pressures of packing rings full-position welding and SMAW are equivalent that reaches 17 MPa.The tearing positions are all located at the weak points of the base mental,and the tearing direction is axial cracking.This provides feasible experience for the full-position welding of pipes in narrow equipment spaces to achieve wire reinforcement welding.关键词
