摘要

Abstract

With the continuous improvement of modern industrial requirements on the quality and efficiency of welding technology,traditional welding methods are difficult to meet the requirements of high quality continuous welding require-ments of new materials and thick wall structural parts.NG-GMAW),which is widely used in the welding of pressure ves-sels,nuclear energy equipment,heavy machinery and high-pressure pipes.This paper systematically expounds the research status of narrow gap gas protection automatic welding,and summarizes the structural design of existing welding torch around the core problem of poor fusion defect of narrow gap side wall In the research status and application of pool observa-tion and welding process control,the subsequent development suggestions are put forward for the above common problems,aiming to provide important theoretical basis and technical support for the application and promotion of narrow gap gas pro-tection welding technology.
