Abstract

Aiming at the maintenance decision-making problem of offshore wind turbines under the influence of complex marine environments,a two-stage rolling optimization maintenance decision-making method for wind turbines is proposed.Firstly,considering the time-series correlation of multi-dimensional variables in the marine environment,an improved generative adversarial network is used to generate monthly marine environment scenarios for short-term maintenance.Then,accounting for historical seasonal variation characteristics,stochastic sampling is performed on typical monthly scenarios to form marine environment scenarios for long-term maintenance.Secondly,the reliability of turbine components and maintenance waiting time under the influence of the marine environment are considered to reflect the influence of uncertain marine environment scenarios on the maintenance efficiency of wind turbines.Subsequently,a two-stage rolling preventive maintenance model for long-term and short-term maintenance of offshore wind turbines is established to obtain the optimal maintenance strategy under the influence of uncertain marine environment conditions.Finally,simulations are conducted to validate the effectiveness of the proposed maintenance decision-making model and method,and the influence of uncertainties in marine environment scenarios on the maintenance strategy is analyzed.
