高强度搅拌对水泥净浆性能影响试验研究
Experimental study on the influence of high-intensity mixing on the properties of cement paste

Abstract
In the traditional process of preparing cement paste,the crucial role of mixing intensity on material properties lacks systematic research.To address this problem,this study developed a high-intensity mixing de-vice with an unloaded rotational speed of up to 24 000 r/min and revealed the regulatory mechanism of mixing intensity on the properties of cement paste.Comparative experiments show that compared with conventional mixing method,high-intensity mixing(3 000 r/min)can increase the fluidity of the cement paste by 50.4%and the 28 d compressive strength by 21.4%;the strength of cement mortar also increases by 17.5%during the same period.Combined with the characterization by ultra-depth of field three-dimensional microscopy and low-field nuclear magnetic resonance(LF-NMR)technology,it is shown that high-intensity mixing improves the material properties through the following synergistic effects:enhancing the dispersion and uniformity of ce-ment particles in the paste;optimizing the pore structure distribution,reducing the pore volume,and lowering the porosity;accelerating the hydration process and fully exerting the characteristics of the cementitious materi-als.Because of the high mixing and strong dispersion characteristics of high-intensity mixing,it does not sig-nificantly increase energy consumption and has significant technical economy and environmental friendliness,providing a noval solution for the preparation of green high-performance cement-based materials.关键词
