基于Monte Carlo的混凝土回弹检测测点研究
Research on measuring points of concrete rebound test based on Monte Carlo

Abstract
Existing domestic and international standards exhibit inconsistencies in specifying requirements for measurement points,and the impact of these variations on the accuracy of test results has been insufficiently studied.To address this gap,experimental investigations and numerical simulations were combined to analyze the effects of rebound measurement schemes with different numbers of measurement zones on the evaluation accuracy of concrete compressive strength,thereby providing insights for standard refinement.First,the re-bound hammer test was conducted based on the parts with different degrees of strength dispersion in the actual project.Then,the accuracy difference between the proposed measurement point scheme and the traditional measurement point scheme was verified through sampling tests,and benchmark improvement suggestions were given.Finally,the rebound hammer test was performed by Monte Carlo,and the estimation accuracy as-surance rates for various testing area schemes under different discrete conditions was calculated.The results in-dicate that the proposed 3×3(9)scheme and the five standardized schemes—ASTM-10,ISO-9,Chinese In-dustry Standard-16,12(10),and 10(8)—exhibit comparable effectiveness in concrete strength estimation.When the dispersion of concrete complies with production standards,the strength estimation deviations for 15,10,and 9 testing areas can be controlled within±5 MPa.At critical inspection-level of concrete dispersion de-gree,15 and 10 testing areas ensure overestimation errors remain below 5 MPa.关键词
