热等静压温度对Mo2FeB2基金属陶瓷涂层组织及性能的影响
Effect of hot isostatic pressing temperature on the microstructure and properties of Mo2FeB2-based cermets coatings

Abstract
Mo2FeB2-based cermet coatings were prepared on 06Cr13Ni4Mo steels by hot isostatic pressing(HIP)process,and the effects of HIP temperatures on the microstructures and mechanical properties of the Mo2FeB2-based cermet coatings were studied.The results show that the coatings are mainly composed of hard phase(Mo2FeB2),bonded phase(Fe),and transition phase(Fe-Ni)with a small number of pores.With the HIP temperature increases,the coatings gradually transform from the hard phases and bonding phases to the uniform and small hard phases,and all of the coating hardness are greater than HV 1100.For the interfacial transition layers,with the increase of HIP temperature,the element diffusion ability is improved;when the temperature reaches 1150 ℃,the interfacial transition layer disappears.As the same time,the strength and hardness of the 06Cr13Ni4Mo stainless steel matrix are reduced,while the plasticity and impact energy increase.关键词
