Abstract
The choice of the locations of the upper and lower reservoirs of a pumped storage power station directly determines its functional characteristics and investment costs.At present,the site selection of pumped storage power stations mainly relies on manual experience.Some scholars have proposed technical schemes of computer-aided site selection,but the degree of automation of these schemes is not high and it is difficult to apply to large-scale site selection.In view of the above problems,this paper proposes a rapid automatic location method of pumped storage power station based on GIS technology and distributed computing technology,and the experimental verification in Yongsheng County,Lijiang City.The results show that after setting reasonable parameters,the proposed method can efficiently and accurately screen out the possible locations of the upper and lower reservoirs of the pumped storage power station in a large area,which greatly improves the efficiency of the site selection of the pumped storage power station.It is a model for the application of GIS technology and high performance computing technology in the site selection of the pumped storage power station.关键词
