Abstract

In recent years,the increasing occurrence of extreme events has posed a serious threat to the safe and stable operation of distribution networks(DNs),an urgent need to take effective measures to improve the resilience is on the way.Meanwhile,the wide access of electric vehicles(EVs)and energy storage devices has provided new ideas for en-hancing the emergency support and safeguard capability of DNs.For this reason,the maturity and superiority of EV battery swapping technology are analyzed firstly in this paper,and a post-disaster power supply scheme using EV re-placeable batteries as emergency sources is proposed.Secondly,a two-layer optimal configuration model of DN multi-type emergency resources considering line reinforcement,mobile energy storage systems and EV replaceable bat-teries is developed,in which the upper-layer model decides the number and capacity of the three emergency resources targeting at minimizing overall investment during the programming period,and the lower-layer model determines the scheduling plan of the above-mentioned emergency resources,as well as the gas turbines,distributed generators,and sta-tionary energy storage systems that are already available in the DN,with the goal of minimizing the operation costs of the system under disaster scenarios.Finally,a case study based on the improved IEEE 33-node system is carried out.The re-sults show that the proposed strategy can fully utilize the complementary advantages of multi-type resources,and truly improve the DN resilience while minimizing the financial investment.
