摘要

Abstract

The strong uncertainty of new energy coupled with frequent extreme events has brought huge challenges to the construction of new power systems(NPS),and resource configuration methods for a single scenario are difficult to meet the construction needs of multi-scenario in NPS.Considering that energy storage equipment has multiple functions of sta-bilizing fluctuations and supporting power,we propose a multi-type energy storage equipment configuration strategy balancing the economy of conventional scenarios with resilience of extreme scenarios.Firstly,we analyze the typical characteristics of different types of energy storage.Afterwards,we establish an energy storage equipment configuration master problem model considering investment constraints,the conventional scenario operation sub problem model con-sidering economic benefits,and the extreme scenario operation sub-problem model considering resilience enhancement.Then,the configuration master problem is jointly modeled with two operation sub-problems separately,and iteratively solved based on the optimal cut constraints.A multi-objective game model based on Nash Bargaining is introduced as the convergence criterion to coordinate the benefits of conventional and extreme scenarios.The obtained configuration scheme achieves the optimal comprehensive benefit.The feasibility and validity of proposed model are verified by the example.
