Experience of Wu Wanyin in Treating Elevated Tumor Markers with the Method of Strengthening Healthy Qi and Inhibiting Tumor
摘要
Abstract
In clinical practice,some patients with malignant tumors were found to have elevated tumor indexes after radical surgery,adjuvant chemotherapy and other Western anti-tumor treatment,but the reexamination imaging results did not support tumor recurrence and metastasis.In such cases,Wu Wanyin believes that in terms of traditional Chinese medicine treatment,we should proceed from the perspectives of healthy qi deficiency,cancer pathogen spreading,and intermingling of blood stasis and phlegm turbidity,and adopt the therapeutic principles and methods of invigorating the spleen to strengthen healthy qi,inhibiting cancer,dispelling stasis and resolving phlegm.Clinical practice has found that the application of the method of strengthening healthy qi and inhibiting tumor in formulating prescriptions and conducting treatment can indeed reduce tumor markers in some such patients,improve clinical symptoms,and play a certain role in preventing tumor recurrence and metastasis.关键词
