Abstract
Objective To understand the distribution characteristics of risk factors and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)type in different populations with early morning hypertension and the correlation with risk factors. Methods The general data of 476 patients with early morning hypertension were retrospectively analyzed to understand the distribution characteristics of risk factors such as increased heart rate(>80 bpm),smoking history, family history of hypertension, abnormal glucose tolerance, hyperlipidemia, hyperuricemia, and body mass index(BMI>28 kg/m2),and the distribution characteristics of TCM type in different populations, and to analyze the correlation between them and the risk factors. Results The results of univariate analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in the distribution of smoking history,hyperlipidemia,BMI,phlegm-dampness congestion type, and yin-yang deficiency type among different populations(P<0.05).There was a statistically significant difference in the diurnal rhythm distribution of systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in patients with morning hypertension(P<0.05).The results of unordered multicategorical Logistic regression analysis showed that compared with the young group,hyperlipidemia(OR=0.430,P<0.05)and BMI(OR=2.755,P<0.05)were associated with the middle-aged population with morning hypertension.Smoking history was associated with the elderly population with morning hypertension(OR=0.569,P<0.05).Conclusion The diurnal rhythm of morning hypertension is mainly dominated by the non-dipper type and reverse dipper type. The TCM type is mainly the phlegm-dampness congestion type, hyperlipidemia and BMI are risk factors for middle-aged people with morning hypertension, smoking history is a risk factor for elderly people with morning hypertension.关键词
