Study on the Solid Anatomy of the Large Intestine in Huangdi Neijing
摘要
Abstract
By sorting out and exploring the contents related to the solid anatomy of the large intestine in Huangdi Neijing and comparing them with modern human anatomy,this article held that most of the contents about the solid anatomy of the large intestine in Huangdi Neijing were derived from the Pre-Qin Period.The records of the large intestine's length in Huangdi Neijing are relatively close to those of modern solid anatomy,while the descriptions of the large intestine's course and location have discrepancies with the actual situation in later human anatomy.Taking the length of each intestinal segment as the foothold,the author clarified that in Huangdi Neijing,the"Xiaochang"is roughly equivalent to the duodenum and jejunum,the"Huichang"is roughly equivalent to the sum of the ileum,cecum,ascending colon,transverse colon,and descending colon,and the"Guangchang"is roughly equivalent to the sigmoid colon,rectum,and anal canal.The records related to the anatomy of the large intestine in Huangdi Neijing have laid the morphological foundation for the theory of the large intestine's visceral manifestation in traditional Chinese medicine and exerted a significant influence on the research of the large intestine theory by later generations.关键词
